We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our green cleaning company. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, managing our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring that our facilities meet environmental and safety standards.


  • Manage the cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Develop and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Ensure that our facilities are in compliance with environmental and safety standards
  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair services
  • Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage the budget for facilities management
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any issues or areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that our facilities meet their needs


  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations and standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
